Speed Dating is another way of meeting and talking to each attending member of opposite gender within the allocated time of 4-5 minutes.

THE EVENT:
This event is for ages over 45.

When you arrive at the Speed Dating event, you will be checked in and given a personalised badge with a number on it, a pen/pencil and a Score Card. On this scorecard, is where you will write down than name of everyone you see to keep your thoughts organised.

Shortly before the event begins, your host will give a quick welcome speech to let you know what to expect. Half-way through the session, there shall be a break when you can ease yourself, take a breather or get yourself a drink.

At the end of the session, your event host will collect all the Score Cards. Your match results will be provided the next day.

TIME: It is very important that you arrive on time as speed dating required all participating members to be available for it to start.

RATIO: To achieve the best results, we are working towards obtaining equal numbers of female to male ratio.

PAYMENT: Upon receiving your payment, a confirmation email will be sent out with specific details of where we shall meet.

THE VENUE (ANISE) Attached to celebrity Vivek Singh's Cinnamon Kitchen, Anise marks itself out a pretty stair-led entrance to its first floor location, with twee little tea lights guiding the way.

All windows are emblazoned with a star-anise inspired pattern, whilst similar snowflake-like shapes can be found all around the venue, from floor to the expertly etched Indian style lanterns that lightly sway from the ceiling.

The exotic feel of Anise is carried right the way through the bar, with plenty of deep purples used to give the bar quite a luxurious feel. The little seating booths, positioned perfectly in the window bays, oose intimacy.

Anise is located in Devonshire Square, 1-2 minutes' walk from Liverpool Street Station.
