TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
2. Tickets must be presented (either printed or digital) upon arrival. No ticket = no entry.
3. Attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid ID may be required.
4. Late arrival may result in refused entry without refund.
5. Entry will be denied to anyone who appears heavily intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner — no refund will be issued.
6. Guests must follow all safety instructions from event staff at all times.
7. No illegal substances or weapons are allowed on the premises.
8. This is a pool party – appropriate swimwear is encouraged. However, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone dressed inappropriately or in offensive attire.
9. No outside food or beverages are permitted at the venue.
10. By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes across digital and print platforms.
11. All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is officially cancelled by the organiser.
12. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted via email with further instructions regarding refunds or rescheduling.
