This New Years Eve, SWING CITY returns to Mid-Wales to present a night ram jam packed full of leg swinging, glass raising and smile enducing sounds and spectaculars to welcome in 2017 surrounded by your nearest and dearest.

We're taking over a legendary party venue in the Mid-Wales area for our Hoedown at the Ty-Gwyn Campsite in Ynyslas. This will be a very limited capacity, private party affair for safe and sound, likeminded party people to come together and have a proper knees up for New Years.

With a whole host of great entertainment and attractions including a NYE set from Electro Swing and Festival Dons: DUTTY MOONSHINE, amazing circus and aerial performers, a spectacular NYE countdown show and loads of mischief to be had with our fun attractions - full details on all of this are listed below.

And if that's not enough, to make sure your New Years eve is easy and stress free, we've organised our very own Party Bus to pick everyone up and drop them off again at the end!! The bus is included in the ticket price, for more details including pick up points, scroll down!!

NEW YEARS COUNTDOWN SPECTACULAR

We're putting together a massive NYE countdown show, complete with Aerial circus performers, indoor fireworks, pyrotechnics and confetti!! It will be a sight to behold as we welcome in 2017

PARTY BUS SERVICE

We're running a special double decker party bus to take everyone to and back from the venue!! The Bus is included in the ticket price and will be picking up from Aberystwyth, Bow Street and Borth and returning everyone at the end of the night. Exact times and locations will be posted up shortly.

GENERAL PARKING

There will be NO PARKING at the venue for cars, if you would like to come then please park near one of our pick up points and jump on the party bus!!

VAN/CAMPERVAN PARKING

There is limited space at the campsite for vans/campervans. If you would like to park your van on site then please get in touch in advance.

CAMPING

Even if you're Bear Grylls - due to the cold weather, there will be no camping allowed!!

TOILETS

The campsite has its own toilet block a short walk from the barn which will be signposted.

HEATING

Both the barn and the circus tent will be heated with massive marquee heaters to keep everyone warm and toasty all night long.

DRESS CODE

Dress up to get down!! We hope to see everyone in their weekend best whilst remaining warm and comfy - top hats and festial attire!!

This is a cash only event!! The bar won't except card payments and there isn't a cash machine near to the venue. Please bring enough cash with you
