Rosie Crocombe, Radio and Podcast Manager at Decca Records, has years of experience in the music industry, adding to her extensive expertise in radio and streaming. Rosie's career began with an internship at Columbia Records under Sony Music. This initial role paved the way for a position at an independent promotions agency, where she further refined her skills in music promotion. Before joining the music industry, Rosie worked as a Primary School teacher in Gloucester, bringing a unique perspective to her current industry role.

This masterclass will offer valuable insights into radio and podcast management, drawing on Rosie's diverse and comprehensive experience in the music industry.
