U13 Reading FC Academy Trials (Born 01.09.02 - 31.08.03)

Who can attend the trial?
The U13 Trial is for players born between 01.09.2002 - 31.08.03 only. Current U13s going into U14s for the 2016/17 Season
Only players that have been invited by a Reading FC scout can attend. Players CANNOT just turn up on the day and need to be pre-registered
We ask all children 12 and under to be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the trial. Players 13 years and above will be able to attend and use the Mini Bus service by themselves

Venue Details
All Trials will be held at Reading FC Academy Training Complex (3G/Dome) Madejski Stadium, Junction 11, M4, Reading, RG2 0FL

What to wear on the day
Players are ask to bring clothing suitable for all weathers as most of the trial will be outside
Both indoor and outdoor pitches are 3G, therefore no metal studs are permitted.  Moulded/plastic studs and astro turf boots are suitable

What to bring on the day
Players are asked to bring plenty of food and drink for the duration of the trial
Please remember to bring your eticket / confirmation email with you

What will the trial involve
Speed Testing, Height & Weight measurements followed by Small Sided games

Parking at the Madejski Stadium
You will be able to park free of charge on site

Mini Bus Service
Reading FC are offering a return Mini Bus service from Reading Train Station. For more information and to ensure your seats please book onto this service. This service is first come first served

Parents/siblings Information
There is a small viewing area in the Indoor 3G which parents are welcome to stand
We ask politely that no parent enters the 3G surface on both pitches and parents stay on the outside of the playing area
There is also a small indoor parent area that parents/siblings are able to use on the day
