For the past two years in New York, something lovely has been happening at BODA.

Rooms full of strangers have turned into friendships. Holidays have been booked. Kisses have been shared on dancefloors. Relationships have formed and meet-cutes have unfolded right in front of us.

Whether it’s romance, a new best friend, or simply the joy of being in a room where everyone is in the same chapter of life, there’s something powerful about single people gathering offline.

This June, we’re taking over Smith & Mills at Rockefeller Center for a BODA singles social.

A beautiful space, right in the heart of the city, exclusively our singles club for the evening.

What to expect

• A room where everyone is single
  One of the only rules we have: you must be single to enter. No couples, no plus-ones, no awkward third wheels - just a room full of people open to meeting someone new.
• Come alone, you’ll be in good company
  Around 95% of our guests attend solo. If you’re the only single one in your friendship group, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for.
• A little Dutch Courage
  Complimentary welcome shots, redeemable at the bar - but only with someone you don’t know yet.
• No speed dating, no awkward icebreakers
  Just great music, conversation, and the possibility of bumping into someone who might just change your plans for the evening.

Event details

• Friday, June 12th, 2026
• Two sessions:
  – 6:00pm – 8pm 
  – 8.30pm– 10:30pm
• The venue will be exclusively BODA during both sessions, before reopening to the public at 10:30pm

Essential (but important) bits

• This event is for people in their 20s, 30s and 40s, as long as you’re 21+, you’re very welcome, whatever your sexuality or gender
• We can’t control exact gender ratios, but we always aim for a brilliant mix of people, energy and personalities
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable (resales must be to the same gender category)
• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to photography and video content being captured for BODA and venue social channels
