💨 Join us for our singles-only run club, a 5k loop starting at The Conscious Kitchen, Napier Street. Fresh air, good energy, and a chance to actually meet people in real life.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just here for the post-run coffee and mingling, this one’s all about connection (and endorphins).

🚨 Run will start promptly at 9am, please aim to arrive at 8.45am! 🚨

If you wish to run along the lovely Sea Point Promenade, get in an extra 1K, you are more than welcome to.

🥰 Many attendees (40%) come by themselves, so even if you’re the only single in your friendship group, don’t hesitate to join us solo. You’ll find yourself in great company.
