Celebrate Easter with Sylvanian Families, Spidercrabs, Space Missions and more at intu Trafford Centre

This Easter, intu Trafford Centre will surprise and delight families with an eggstravaganza of activities.

Strike a pose with Sylvanian Families this Easter

Fans of Sylvanian Families and fashion lovers alike will love this free family event featuring the world’s smallest catwalk on Saturday 31 March.

The event will showcase a collection of haute couture miniature dresses to celebrate the launch of the new Sylvanian Families Town. Shoppers will be able to watch Sylvanian characters strut their stuff down the catwalk, modelling the eye-wateringly small, bespoke outfits, handmade exclusively in Japan. The tiny models will rotate around an automated catwalk with flashing paparazzi flashbulbs.

Wannabe designers can also put their fashion skills to the test at the event by entering Stella’s Intern competition to design a miniature dress. The lucky winner will have their design made into a real dress, as well as winning a whole town worth £500.

Throughout the day, children can watch their favourite characters singing and dancing or pose for photographs with them between the shows.

The Sylvanian Families Town Roadshow will take place at intu Trafford Centre from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 31st March. The character performances will be staged on lower Peel Avenue at the following times:

·         11am-11.30am

·         12.30pm-1pm

·         2.30pm-3pm
