Duvet / Gladboy / Mother Said

Duvet are a female fronted band based in the greater Manchester area. The group started in 2020 and wore their influences on their sleeves with a strong riot girl sound and image. After years of local gigging they have gathered a dedicated following alongside a sonic shift into more experimental elements of post-punk and 90s noise rock. Despite this the band still maintain a raw energy live that is best encapsulated by lead singer Grace Walkden’s boisterous vocals, a powerful rhythm section and lead guitarist Tasmin Stephens wailing melodies.
