TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to entry from 2:00 PM.
2. One (1) meal token is included with this ticket type.
3. Bottomless rum punch hour runs from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM only.
4. Entertainment, venue, and event timings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Dress code: Dress to impress / Spring–Summer attire.
6. This is an 18+ event. On arrival, guests must present: Email booking confirmation. The card used to purchase the ticket. Valid physical photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or other GOV-approved ID)
7. All ticket holders must adhere to the venue’s entry policies, including age restrictions, dress code, and intoxication levels. Admission is at the discretion of venue door staff and security.
8. No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to failure to comply with venue entry guidelines.
9. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
10. By purchasing this ticket, you consent to photography and video recording on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes.
11. Last entry is 5:00 PM. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or failure to collect the included meal.
12. If the event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to a new date or held as credit for any Reggae Brunch brand event.
13. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served, unreserved basis.
A ticket does not guarantee seating.

1. Bottomless cocktails from usually 2PM–3PM and 1 meal is included in the meal ticket price.

2. Drinks & food will only be available during the times specified. If you miss your seating or arrive after meal service time or any course has been served, chefs will not be able to accommodate any latecomers.

3. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 6 PM.

4. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times.

5. Entertainment, menu, venue, and the timings may be subject to change.

6. General sale, Second room (stables), Semi-Private room or Balcony may be on sharing bases - depending on group size.

7. The dress code is dress to impress/casual. Trainers are allowed.

8. On arrival bring your ticket (printed or shown on your phone) and a GOV-approved ID. Your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance.

9. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, intoxication, must have I.D., dress code, and common respect). Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion.

10. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be canceled.

11. Date transfers are acceptable with 2 weeks' notice and subject to availability. Less than two weeks notice will have a surcharge of £10 per head. For date transfers, please email [hello@reggaebrunch.uk]

12. The ticket holder is responsible for informing us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies. We, therefore, accept no responsibility otherwise.

13. All food provided is owned and prepared by external catering partner and food can not be ordered on the day.

14. Purchasing this ticket, you are giving permission for photos and videos being taken on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes.
