Saturday 30 October, 2021.. We are bringing back CUMBIA DE LOS MUERTOS as a day of the dead special celebration which is a a traditional event in different countries in Latin america . This ocassion bringing a legacy with a musical celebration of our lost legends dancing the songs of all those who are no longer with us, but who come back on this day so we can all celebrate life and the natural order of things together.We will remember those who are not with us and left us their music and cumbia legacy for many years from the likes of Selena, Gilda, Chacalon, Rodolfo Aicardi, Celso Pina, Pastor Lopez, Lucho Bermudez Rigo Tovar Gustavo el loco Quintero, Aniceto Molina, Andres Landero, El potro Rodrigo including latin rock or Salsa legends.. We will bring a mix of latin american vintage sounds of Cassettes, vinyl and modern beats with special live show including a DJ session of Cumbia , Amazónica, Chicha and Tropical sounds back to our memories to keep them alive in our hearts!Live music by Sonido Amazonico a collective of musicians from Lokandes & friends bringing the best psychedelic Chicha, cumbia, afrolatin, amazonic & tropical style.
On the decks, DJ Carlitos Nino bringing the sounds of Latin america from vintage vinyl sounds of Cumbia, Salsa and Tropical to modern rhythms and remixes from around the world.
