Mango and mixed bean salad

Warm crispy tortilla chips, mixed salsas and Guacamole – Tomatillo, charred tomato, and spicy chilli

Mains

Fajitas – Spiced onion and bell peppers, tortilla, sour cream, salsa and guacamole

Choose from Beef birria, Tinga chicken, Baja crispy prawn, or Tajin roasted Cauliflower

Dessert

Cinnamon churros – Dulce de Leche, and chocolate sauce dips
