In the 1960s like-minded individuals came together to embark on a journey together… 🚀  They had one objective; to spread peace and love throughout the galaxy through music… 🎷

Described as one of the wildest hippest communes known to man, FUNKED UP’s Psychedelic Carnival is kaleidoscopic in every sense of the word. A fantastical experience of dance floor debauchery, free love, zany characters, and trippy peace signs makes this the biggest party in the universe! 🎉

We'll be transforming The Waterfront into a dream-like wonderland to elevate the senses, overflowing with disco-laden delights and funk-fuelled fantasies! The crisp open air is sure to provide an absolutely tantalising experience! 🔊

Our line-up of hand selected DJs will keep the party going as long as they let us! Complete with acts and surprises FUNKED UP is an experience like no other… 🕺

We can confidently say this event will be going ahead this year even if nightclubs are not allowed to open! The host venue The Waterfront, has been open and busy since early July and have been following all government advice to ensure a safe environment. As per this is a socially distanced event with a maximum of 6 per table spaced 1m apart.

There will be hand sanitiser around the venue, and a one-way system throughout. We do ask for all groups to arrive in their bubbles as tables will be allocated tables in groups. There will be no tickets available on the door, the only way to get in is buying a ticket in advance. Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis, across all indoor floors and outdoor areas!
