Location: Meeting near the Chalet Café at Preston Park (look for the Thursday banner). 

After the workout, dive into the ultimate recovery experience with exclusive 1-hour sauna hire—choose between a large wood-fired sauna or an electric sauna with steamy goodness.

Plus, plunge into our invigorating cold plunge - the perfect way to boost recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and awaken your senses. This cold plunge experience is the highlight of the evening, designed to refresh your body and mind after your sweat session.
