Be eligible for a refund on your ticket ONLY if you unfortunately don’t get your
 first choice university. Get an automatic transfer ticket if your second choice university has a Freshers Pass in that city.

:All refunds & transfers will be processed within 21 working days from the
time specified evidence is received :
