Come and join our largest HIIT class at Osborne Park Community Hall..... exclusively for 100x Thursday singles!

A 45 minute sweat session called HIIT- A High Intensity Interval Training session with a variety of body weight, cardio and strength exercises to challenge the entire body. Being a single event you will also get the chance to be partnered up with different people throughout the workout. 

After the workout we will be heading to Caffe Amaretto across the road for coffee/drinks/food and mingle. 

***BYO own mat and towel
