Join Space for Girls for a scenic Sunday hike in Cheltenham! We’re rounding off our hiking weekend with countryside paths, hilltop views and the chance to enjoy autumn together.

Come solo or bring a friend, there’ll be a welcoming group of women to walk, chat and connect with along the way. 🤎

About the route

We’ll follow the Old Church Tower–The Exmouth Arms loop from Cheltenham, taking in a mix of urban and rural sections, countryside paths and hilltop views.

• Distance: approximately 12.6km
• Difficulty: moderate
• Elevation: approximately 240m ascent and descent
• Duration: allow around 4–4.5 hours as a group, including photos and short stops. Longer breaks may add extra time.

Please feel comfortable walking this distance and tackling some hills before booking.

What to bring

• Hiking boots or trainers with good grip
• Weather-appropriate layers and waterproofs
• Water and snacks
• A small backpack for your essentials

Paths may be wet, uneven or muddy. We’ll aim to maintain a steady group pace and finish comfortably before dark.

Getting there

🚆 If travelling by train, check services to Cheltenham Spa and choose one that gets you there before the 11:15am start. Recheck times and fares closer to the event.

🚗 Station parking is available for those driving. Please check parking charges and availability before travelling.
