Formed in September 2024, Lower Forces comprises bassist Rory Chapman, guitarists Owen Harries and Liam Moylan and lead vocalist Daniel Reed. Based in Cardiff and active around South Wales, Lower Forces draw influence from a variety of indie bands, helping them shape their own dream pop sound. Lower Forces released their debut single, 'Electricity', on the 13th June 2025. 'Electricity' was nominated for Best Song at the Radio Wigwam Awards 2026.
Bold and unapologetic, Rhys Hurd's music takes the sound of 80's Stadium rock (Bon Jovi, Def Leppard) and brings it into the 2020s, taking inspiration from modern Disco Pop and Electronic music (Dua Lipa, Benson Boone). Rhys' anthemic sound, along with a stage presence built from over 6 years of experience and refinement, has created a reputation for being one of the best live acts coming from Falmouth.
Emerging from the vibrant musical landscape of South Wales, Polyester Skies is an indie rock band crafting songs that defy the constraints of time and trend. With a sound that's simultaneously familiar and refreshingly distinct, this three-piece outfit delivers compositions that resonate with an unmistakable timelessness.
