Terms and Conditions for ticket:

1.0 This ticket is only valid for arrival within the first hour of the event.

1.1 The ticket entitles you to your table but YOU MUST all arrive together in your group if you are not all together you will not be allowed entrance until your entire party has arrived and your group can not have more than the maximum 6 people. See the host upon arrival to be shown to a table.

1.2 Please do not visit us, if you are suffering, or have suffered in the past 10 days, from the symptoms of COVID-19.

1.3 Please follow the safe distancing signage on arrival and through-out your visit and use our easily accessible hand sanitiser stations through-out your visit.

1.4 Please wear a face mask at all time when you visit us, unless you are sat at your designated table, please keep it with you through-out and should you wish to dispose of it please do so responsibly once you have left the venue.

1.5 Please avoid hugging and close contact with others and please sit with the group you arrived with.

1.6 We have arranged our furniture to ensure we can manage our capacity so please do not move the furniture.

1.7 You may need to queue for the toilets, please respect others personal space, you must to wear a face mask when travelling through the venue unless medically exempt and observe social distancing guidelines.

1.8 If you need extra assistance, we will aim to offer this where we can. If you have special requirements, please speak to a member of our team and they will aim to assist you.
