On the 7th of September 2024, just as we begin to head into the Summer months, we will be holding the Rest & Reset Retreat Day, a deeply nourishing and rejuvenating day bringing together blissful souls like you in beautiful surroundings in the Harrow.
A day of relaxation, reflection and connections. Where you have the chance to take some time just you to enjoy mindful movement, delicious food, intuitive guidance and conversation as well as some time just to be 😇🙏

What you will need to bring
📖A notebook and pen
🥤A bottle of water (herbal teas will be provided)
🧘🏻♀️Comfortable clothes or Yoga clothes, whatever feels comfortable to move, sit and lie down. Layers are good (for our ever-changing weather)
🧺A blanket to cover you (if required) and any props you would usually use for your yoga practice e.g. blocks and a strap.
🧘🏾 We will provide Yoga mats, Blocks, Straps and Bolsters
Rest is such a simple and vital aspect of our lives, and yet in today’s fast-paced world, it’s not something very many of us take the time to do or even take very seriously. We may be getting more done, and taking in more information than ever before, but as a result, we’ve lost the natural pauses in our lives. We don’t ever stop. Inevitably, our nervous systems are frenzied, running on empty, and desperate for a break.
Meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices can lead us down the pathway to rest, where we find our innermost calm. However, the danger is as we engage with various techniques we might get caught up in the processes, methods and our envisioned goals for learning them. Rather than falling into rest, we fire ourselves into rest-disguised recreation.
