To our Business Breakfast, Tuesday 6th June at the Holiday Inn, Cardiff North. 
It'll all be about Challenging Yourself

When: Every first Tuesday at Holiday Inn, Cardiff North (Just off J32) 

Address: Merthyr Road, Tongwynlais, Cardiff CF15 7LH

Parking: Free car parkTime: 7.45am - 9.30am

Cost: Members- £10 (Online Booking) £12 (Pay on Day), 
Visitors- £12 (Online Booking) £15 (Pay on Day)

Online booking is only available til 3pm 24hrs before the event. If you would like to book a ticket after that time, please contact either Rachel or Bethan.

Topic: Challenging Yourself 

Agenda:The business breakfast will start at 7:45am at one of the conference rooms
There is a tea and coffee station where you can help yourself to a hot drink, juice or water (if you're a coffee drinker the latte is fantastic!)
If you have not been to one of our events before, one of our team members will introduce you to some of the guests

At 8:15am, when all the guests have arrived we will then head over to the restaurant area where you can fill your plate with as much or little as you like from the breakfast buffet.

We will then make our way back to the meeting room and everyone will sit around the table.
There will then be a 10 minute talk about Challenging yourself. After that we will then kick off with introductions from everyone around the table. Each person has a chance to talk to the room and tell us about their business. Don't forget to bring your business cards to pass around!

At 9.00am we will have a quick coffee break before we sit back down for a one to one session with the businesses in the room.
