Sonar DJs Showcase! Radio Sonar Fundraiser

We are hosting the first ever Sonar DJs Showcase as a fundraiser for our station, Radio Sonar, the sound of Solent University!

We have been developing our radio members interest in DJing with training sessions, hosting a fortnightly DJ session in our uni canteen and providing them with a space to practice in the studio with no judgement. We wanted to bring everyone together for a club night to put their talent into real-world practice!

It also costs a lot to run our station. We are the most expensive society to keep running at Solent University, with our licenses costing over a grand each year. We don't currently have enough funds in the bank to keep running with a new committee in the next academic year, so all the ticket sales from this event are going straight back into the station.
