This ticket entitles the holder to entrance at 12:30 PM from Tower Millennium Pier. The boat cannot wait and will depart promptly at 1:00 PM — please plan your journey accordingly.

Entertainment, venue, and timings may be subject to change.

Dress Code: Halloween attire is welcome but optional. Feel free to go all out or just add a small accessory.

On arrival, please bring your email confirmation and valid ID (passport, driving licence, or any government-approved ID). This is an 18+ only event. Once you reach the front of the queue, your information will be checked off by the door host before entrance.

Ticket holders must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (including age restriction, dress code, intoxication levels, and gender balance). Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission, at the discretion of door staff and security.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued if admission is refused for failure to follow venue guidelines. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
