VLURE have a sound like no other. They defy the rules. By twisting heavy rave laced punk and trance around broody analogue synths and spoken-word punk poetry, the band create music with one intention: to celebrate the release that comes from the raw bubbling over of intense emotion. 
 Theirs is the sound of coming of age in Glasgow; Endless hours working jobs, whilst dreaming of something bigger. Finding solace with the people they love within the thriving music scene - sticky indie venues, after-hours house parties and on the city’s subterranean dancefloors. 
 That is the best way to experience VLURE. On the dance floor. 
 Since the world opened back up, the band have finally been able to cement their reputation as one of the most exciting live acts around, tearing up showcases and performances across the UK and Europe. Last year saw them nominated for the prestigious Anchor Award for best live act at Reeperbahn, alongside standout performances at Pitchfork Paris, Cabaret Vert and The Great Escape. 
 2023 finds the band beginning the year with the calendar filling up nicely. Eurosonic, London Calling, SXSW, OFF, The Great Escape and Otherlands are just some confirmed so far.
