a day of ultimate relaxation and self-care as we guide you to escape to a wonderful dimension of breath work, Sound, Reiki and holistic practices which you can then take away to practice at home. A SAFE NON JUDGEMENT SPACE!
a light lunch will be provided.

what you will need to bring to the retreat:
Wear comfy clothes. sound therapy may give you a chill afterwards. (layers are good)
Blanket
