TERMS AND CONDITIONS - REBEL BINGO @ THE FORUM, KENTISH TOWN, 6TH DECEMBER 2013

These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at another time.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry. Tickets only guarantee entry until 40 minutes after doors open.
• Rebel Bingo is not like traditional bingo in that it is NOT a gambling event. It is an entertainment show designed purely for the purposes of entertainment. It is not equal chance gaming. In buying this ticket you are not paying for the chance to enter a lottery of any kind and you understand that any game played is not fair and the numbers called do not determine whether you win a prize. Prizes are occasionally given for arbitrary reasons.
• The nights also feature very strong language which some people may find offensive. If you think you may be offended please do not attend.
• Dress Code: This is NOT a fancy dress event, please do not come in fancy dress – we reserve the right to not let you in if you do.
• This is a live interactive gameshow where certain contestants are invited on stage to participate. Participants get on stage and participate in the game at their own risk. Please take care when ascending and descending the stage and do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol.
• Right Of Admission Refused.

TERMS SPECIFIC TO THE PRIZES

• Entry is open only to those present at the event.
• The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports, insurance, accommodation and visas.
• Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions.
• Any flights prizes must be taken on the airline, dates and times offered by the promoter.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of their choosing.
• The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Flames and Fortune Limited relating to any post-winning publicity.
• Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to make the prize null and void.
• Failure to respond and/or provide a contact address, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Where applicable, the decision of the show host is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
• Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
