Leeds City Stompers play the kind of authentic blues that created rock and roll.

1920s jazz and ragtime as played by Louis Armstrong or Blind Blake; 1930s delta blues as played by Robert Johnson or 1940s electric Chicago blues as played by Elmore James or T Bone Walker.Formed in 2011 the band has headlined the acoustic stage at Colne and enjoys regular shows at Domino Leeds, Bootleggers Nottingham and Zefferellis in Ambleside.
