Thursday is coming to Fly Vista, Prague's highest rooftop restaurant, sitting 40 meters above the city on top of the Máj building on Národní.

The views alone are worth showing up for. You get a full 360 degrees from Prague Castle to Žižkov Tower, and brunch is the best time to see it. No crowds, good light, and the city laid out in front of you.

The setting does a lot of the work. Executive Chef Karel Caldr runs an all-day dining menu that mixes international favourites with seasonal Czech influences The Rooftop Guide, so the food matches the ambition of the space. The bar stretches 36 metres Wanderlog, which means no awkward clustering around a counter and plenty of room to move between conversations.

Brunch at a rooftop with a view gives you a natural topic, a relaxed pace, and a venue that signals you made an effort. That is exactly the right combination for meeting someone new.
