TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
2. Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) upon entry. No ticket = no entry.
3. Attendees must be 18 years or older. ID may be required.
4. Entry will be denied to anyone appearing intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner, without refund.
5. The event will take place on a boat departing from Rodney Bay. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow for boarding.
6. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry without refund, as the boat will depart on time.
7. Guests must comply with all safety instructions from staff and crew at all times.
8. Illegal substances or weapons are strictly prohibited.
9. By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed. Footage and images may be used for promotional purposes.
10. The event may include food and drink options (included or paid, depending on ticket type). No outside food or drink is permitted on board.
11. All purchases are final. No refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
12. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted via email with refund or reschedule options.
