Allure - 21st June | Socially Distanced (FREE RESERVATION + RESALE TICKETS)

To go to this event you must have a valid paid ticket for the original non-socially distanced event along with a free seat reservation or purchase a new general sale ticket. Only guarantees entry before 11 pm. Government + Student ID Required. MRRA.

Restrictions being lifted has been delayed - We get it the situation sucks. We're going to do our best to carry on with events in the current climate as that is the experience and attitude that Get Wavy. is known for.

We adapt for one end goal, to Get Wavy.

YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS; (1) Use the ticket at the socially distanced event on the same date. (2) Hold onto your ticket until we can run the event without restrictions. (3) Request a refund less the booking fee.

It's simple to use your ticket for Allure on 21st June at the socially distanced event:

1. To do this you will need your original ticket and also purchase a FREE seat reservation ticket ‘to guarantee yourself a seat for the socially distanced event.

2. Each customer can only claim 1 ticket at a time and you must have the ticket booking reference when claiming the new ‘FREE TICKET’. A ticket booking reference looks like this e.g. '6CA8F70E8E25' you can find this on the email ticket that was emailed to you when you purchased your ticket.

3. If 1 person purchased multiple tickets they will need to do this for each ticket using the same booking reference.

4. On the night you will need both your seat reservation and original tickets which will both be scanned.

To hold onto your ticket;

1. You do not need to do anything, simply attend the event on the rearranged date with your original ticket.

Request a refund;

1. To request a refund, go to www.fatsoma.com/orders, locate the order you would like refunded, click "View Order", then click "Requests a Refund". Fill in the form with a reason for the refund request and a message (Please include as much detail as possible).
