• If your freshers week date is changed, clubs are capacity restricted or still closed in September due to Corona Virus [Covid-19], we will reschedule the event for a later date when freshers is safe to happen and the event can be fully enjoyed. Depending on your new freshers week date this could be October, November, December, January, February, March, April or May. • Receive a refund if you do not get into your first choice University, or get a transfer ticket if your second choice University has a Battle of the Unis in that city.

• Only applies to tickets purchased before Wednesday 12th August 2020

• You must submit your refund no later than 1st September 2020 by emailing info@thebattleoftheunis.co.uk with the subject line ‘University Refund’.

• In the email you should attach UCAS evidence of your deferral or University change and 1 form of valid Photographic ID.

• Once received we will process your refund within 7 working days.
