About the Venue and Spring Equinox:

Cloisters is a converted church attached to The Holiday Inn hotel in the centre of Bolton. This beautiful venue is used for events, ceremonies, weddings and more.

Bringing sound healing into this angelic venue, I am absolutely delighted to share with you all that I am hosting a Spring Equinox Sound Bath to mark the change of seasons and the beginning of spring 2025. 

The Equinox means equal day and equal night, meaning in the Northern Hemisphere we are celebrating equal amounts of daylight as we are night. It brings balance, peace and harmony into our lives. 

The spring equinox is also known as 'Ostara', which is the pagan name used to celebrate mother nature and the change of the seasons. Ostara is one of the 8 Sabbats on the 'Wheel of the Year' and each Sabbat is a seasonal celebration to honour this change hence 'wheel'. The wheel of the year is a pagan calendar and traditionally celebrating each Sabbat at megaliths, energy vortex’s and stone circles, including Stonehenge stone circle. Spiritual communities gather all over the world to honour the sun, moon and stars bringing like-minded souls together.

I believe that churches are a spiritual portal to a higher source, whatever that may mean to you - and to celebrate the spring equinox at Cloisters will energetically be just as powerful as a stone circle. 

Please join me on this beautiful healing evening at Cloisters as I play my 5 crystal quartz sound bowls that will echo around the church, my ocean drum, my Koshi chimes and my heart chakra drum. I will be guiding you through a gentle grounding meditation to connect with the earth and I will also be inviting your spirit guides into your meditation to meet your guides. I will also be bringing my copper pyramid for those who wish to sit on a chair inside the pyramid to receive reiki healing from the ascended masters and archangels.

Pillows and blankets

PEN AND JOURNAL (for journaling after the sound bath)

Any crystals you'd like to bring to create your own mini altar at the end of your yoga mat

!!!Sound Baths are not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy and wearing a pacemaker!!!
