This event is strictly for HIP-HOP lovers as it is all about the music! Join us each week as we take you a on a lyrical journey through the genres of urban music covering the best of Rap, RnB and Hip Hop 🎤🎤

We've tracked down the best up and coming DJ's in the midlands and they will be on rotation at ICON BAR to bring you the best sounds and tracks the genre has to offer and we can guarantee they will deliver unmissable sets.

For our launch party we've decided to kick it back for a YMCMB special! Birdman and Lil Wayne's Hip Hop collective took the scene by storm! The unique fusion of some the finest young talents in the industry including Drizzy Drake, Tyga and Nicki Minaj culminated in the release of hit after hit. Their styles effortlessly complimented each other leading to the release of classic's such as 'Bed Rock' and 'Every Girl.' ✅✅

All of the artists went on to dominate the scene over the next decade with their solo careers notching up countless number one singles and albums between them. In terms of their commercial success the groups impact is unrivalled. Despite the artists undertaking their own projects they still continued to feature on each other tracks creating classic collaborations 🔥🔥
