THETFORD TRUTH AND FREEDOM FESTIVAL JULY 17/18

The Thetford Truth and freedom movement (including Thetford Stand In The Park and Thetford Council Watch) will be organising this years annual Truth and Freedom Festival at the Angel Inn, Larling, Norfolk NR16 2QU on Friday and Saturday the 17th and 18th of July 26.

Just like last year, we plan for like minded souls to come together and create two days of high frequency and vibration in the lovely surroundings of the Larling Angel.

For the great price of £20 per ticket we will have a variety of well known guest speakers, (to be announced as they are confirmed) over the two days of the festival. There will also be topical presentations and musical links running from 10am until 6pm. 

Our aim is to invoke the spirit of Thomas Paine and provide some challenging, informative and entertaining information for the festival attendees throughout the day. Then, in the evening, we will relax and be entertained by three live bands or singers performing between 7pm and midnight. (Again to be announced as they are confirmed).

We will also have our resident in house DJ available spinning some old favourites tunes in-between the live music.  This will help build up the frequency and vibration well in to the evening. 

Camping pitches for tents or vehicles are available (with or without hook ups) at a reduced rate for festival goers and these can be booked directly through the main Angel Inn reception on 01953  717963. 

 "Please inform them" that you are booking for the TTF festival in order to secure the reduced rate. 

Showers, toilets and washing facilities are available on site and these are included in with your pitch fee.

The event will have its own festival bar supplying real ales, lagers, cider, soft drinks, tea and coffee with the main Angel Inn bar also being available across the road from the main festival site. 

We will also have some of the inaugural souvenir festival beer glasses on sale (a great collectors item) for a small fee.  

Street food to include greek, pizza, curry, paella, and burgers will be available on site in the afternoons and evenings with the main Angel Inn restaurant also being available with a pre-booking.

On the Saturday and Sunday mornings breakfast baps/barms will be available with an assortment of bacon, sausages, eggs and veggie options.

Various stalls will be located around the festival site and if you want to present or sell at the festival you can book in for a £10 fee with a text sent to 07506073173 with the heading STALL.

The Angel Inn is easy to get to and is located right next to the All between both Norwich and Thetford.

Rail links are available to Norwich, Thetford, Attleborough and Harling road  train stations but please check times and stops. National Coach Services also link to the Norwich and Thetford bus stations.

Taxi's are then easily available to Larling from these train and bus stations.

If you require digs the surrounding towns and villages have plenty of hotels, new air and old fashioned bed and breakfasts.

The 2025 Thetford Truth and Freedom Festival was a great success, we hope that you can make it again and help us to generate the fantastic spiritual atmosphere that we all felt last year.
