Please note this sound bath is taking place on a Sunday daytime rather than my usual Friday evenings.

Welcome! I'm Megan, a full-time Psychic Medium, Sound Healer & Reiki Master.

I am overjoyed to share this sound bath again with you all but this time in a new venue at Cloisters, Bolton. Cloisters is a cosy angelic converted church with a huge open space allowing my bowls to echo and resonate through the air. Cloisters is fully carpeted with hot and cold drinks available. Parking at Cloisters has an outdoor and underground carpark with plenty of spaces. Upon arrival at Reception please enter your car registration plate.

SOUND BATH

I am warmly inviting you to join me on another beautiful SOUND BATH & FIRE CEREMONY as the last one was a huge success and so spirit are nudging me to do more!

In this sound bath we keep the focus on relaxation and how to help heal from loss. Grief and loss comes in many forms, from loved ones passing away, relationships ending, friendships breaking down, losing a job, or even losing your sense of direction in life. This sound bath is aimed at helping you on your journey and bringing people together to connect to like-minded souls who can relate to you so you don'f feel so alone. I myself have been through grief with the sudden loss of my Dad and still is, and this is why I chose to do a grief healing sound bath to help others with their bereavement and their journey of self discovery.

MEDIUMSHIP

I will be be connecting to the spirit world to channel guidance and loved ones including pets from spirit giving you a mini reading which is a beautiful way to help with grief. We will create a small ancestral alter in the middle of the church so please bring photographs of loved ones in spirit, whether they are in a frame or not is absolutely fine, please bring your crystals or any sentimental items from loves ones in spirit including animals if you wish.

I will also be guiding you through a relaxing visualisation meditation during the sound bath, following with a quartz crystal healing sound bath using many of my beautiful sound healing instruments.

FIRE CEREMONY

During the full moon fire ceremony we will put all our messages and intentions into the fire for everyones messages to be sent directly up into the universe and to the spirit world. During this fire circle we will invite your loved ones in for them to read your messages and just take a moment and be in the present.

I do full-time mediumship readings by day and sound healing by night, but this time we are doing this sound bath during the day to embrace solstice season and the celebration of the sun. 'Sol' means sun and 'stice' means still.

THE FULL MOON

We will also honour the full moon in scorpio - the water sign. Water moons can be emotional and because we are made up of 70% of water, water sometimes can overflow within us and create a beautiful release. So with this moon moving emotions around, we will do a grounding guided meditation facilitated by myself and also channeled by my guides, journal our emotions on paper and write down messages to spirit and burn in the fire. We will relax the mind and manifest with the scorpio energy and call in our higher self.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I invite you to immerse yourself in the vibrations of my healing sound bowls under the Aquarius new moon. I will play my 5 white Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls made specifically to connect you to your Endocrine System for deeper chakra alignment, healing and releasing emotional imbalances. My 5 bowls are the sharps and flats on a piano, and in musical terms this means they are the 5 black keys on the piano. Being a musician and pianist since I was 7 years old, it's a beautiful experience for me to play an instrument spiritually rather than classically. The 5 black keys are the sharps and flats, and if you didn't know already, we have chakras in between our 7 main chakras. When these 5 black notes are played they connect with your 5 higher chakras. These chakras need healing and alignment just as much as our 7 main chakras, therefore my 5 crystal bowls will help with just that.

Sound baths are not suitable for those who wear a pacemaker or are pregnant.

✧ Yoga mat (I have 5 spare yoga mats but please keep in mind they may get taken)

✧ Bottle of water

✧ Blanket

✧ Crystals are optional but please bring photos of loved ones in spirit and/or sentimental items

✧ Pillows/cushion to rest your head during the meditation and sound bath

✧ Notebook & pen for the fire ceremony

Seating area is also available for those who don't wish to lie down on a yoga mat.
