About the venue: A vegan restaurant and cocktail bar rated 4.4 from more than 2,000 reviews, mid-priced. Worth flagging clearly: the entire menu is vegan, which some attendees will love and others will want warning about. It opens at 4:30pm on Mondays and 11am Tuesday to Thursday, closing at 9pm — so a 7pm start gives two hours. Reviewers describe a bright, open room and praise the cocktails.

Getting there: The venue is on South 200 West in downtown Salt Lake City. City Center TRAX is an eight-minute walk and sits inside the free fare zone, so travel within the downtown core costs nothing — the easiest way in. 900 South TRAX is further out at eighteen minutes.
