Terms and Conditions

Entry Fee: An entry fee of £5 is applicable for the event. Upon payment, attendees will receive five £1 vouchers.

Voucher Redemption:
a. Each voucher is worth £1 and can be redeemed at any restaurant unit, bar, or arcade within Trader Wembley.
b. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
c. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
d. If the total bill amount is less than the value of the voucher(s) used, no change or credit will be given.
e. Vouchers are valid only on 2nd September during the event hours.

Payment Methods:
a. Attendees can pre-pay the entry fee online via our event website.
b. Cash and card payments are accepted at the door.
c. Trader Wembley is a cashless venue. All in-venue transactions, excluding the entry fee, must be made using the provided vouchers or accepted electronic payment methods.

No Refunds: The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Right of Admission: Trader Wembley reserves the right to refuse admission to any attendee for any reason deemed appropriate by the management.

Safety and Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave in a manner that ensures their safety and the safety of others. Trader Wembley reserves the right to remove any attendee who is found to be in violation of this code of conduct.

Liability: Trader Wembley will not be held responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.

Amendments: Trader Wembley reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
