Studio 21 will reopen on this historic day in London, with clientele including Human League, Soft Cell, Kraftwerk, and Tears for Fears. Alaska is now a nightclub. Japan, Red Lipstique, Depeche Mode, Culture Club, Pil, Duran Duran

P.S. On opening night, the Sex Pistols, with Billy Idol on vocals and Youth from Killing Joke on bass, together with the support of the BBs and several friends, will release the studio 21 sessions on vinyl.
