This Friday we host a special relaunch event as we shake things up and bring back the funk to welcome in a new era for Mixtape Fridays. Making the music the central point and delivering a killer soundtrack every Friday night.
We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming a DJ, producer and remixer who’s shot to fame in the last 12 months due to his incredible tune selection and editing skills, Sam Redmore.

-SAM REDMORE-
Driven by support from the likes of Gilles Peterson, Quantic, Rob Da Bank, Nightmares On Wax, Huey Morgan, Don Letts, The Nextmen, Jeremy Sole, Lauren Laverne, Tim ‘Love’ Lee and most prominently Craig Charles, Sam Redmore has built a name for himself over the last few years for crafting soul-drenched remixes and reworks of both solidified classics and lesser-known material.
A DJ in his hometown of Birmingham for the best part of a decade, Redmore is long-standing resident for Leftfoot, and is also responsible for running his own club night Freestyle since 2008.
Originally purpose-built for inclusion in his DJ sets, his reworkings of classics by the likes of Bob Marley, Q-Tip, Masters At Work and Stevie Wonder have found their way into the record boxes of discerning DJs worldwide.
Not content to rest on his laurels, Redmore is currently working on long-awaited original solo material due to drop later in the year, alongside collaborations and remixes with the likes of DJ Vadim, Jazzie B, Diesler and Renegade Brass Band.
