The Bourbon is bringing laid-back Stateside-dive-bar vibes mixed with unmistakable East London attitude to Bow’s buzzing Roman Road.
Step inside the neighbourhood gem bedecked with quirky, mismatched furnishings; a backbar brimming with rare bourbons; lip-smacking smokehouse favourites and a soundtrack that’s all about old time blues and soul.
Along with more than 40 bourbons – including some rare bourbons – there will also be an exciting selection of all-star American beers. The cult cans, difficult to find in the UK, include Pabst Blue Ribbon, Oskar Blues Can-o-Bliss Citrus and Cigar City Fancy Papers Hazy IPA. American wine and signature cocktails will also be served up including the
Superstar Martini (think Pornstar Martini but with the added smoothness of vanilla pods soaked in bourbon).
Drinks this good require some serious soakage and it doesn’t come much more satisfying than the Hickory barbecue dishes being served up by chef Sam Gordon who made his name working in some of the best-known bourbon bars in Australia including the acclaimed Varnish in Perth.

-Tickets need to be bought online and are not available at the door
-Dress code: Elegant/Smart/Office Attire/Smart Casual ( Smart jeans are alright but ripped jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, sportwear, sportshoes or trainers are not allowed)
-A valid proof of ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or National ID) is required upon arrival independently of the age for security reasons
