As two separate brands that both recognise their 10 year anniversaries this year, it's a huge statement to the scene to be teaming up together, not only to present some amazing talent in a way that Grime isn't often showcased but to also recognise the importance of working together.

MAXSTA In 2009, at the age of just 17, Maxsta released his debut project the ‘The Maxtape’ featuring singles such as ‘East London is Back’ and ‘Skadoosh’ with Ghetts & Dolla Da Dustman which led him to become the first artist to sign to Sony RCA subsidiary, Just Jam pioneered by SBTV’s Jamal Edwards. After penning a contract with Just Jam, Maxsta went on to feature in Adidas’ We Are London campaign and release his debut singles ‘I Wanna Rock’ which featured as Radio 1 presenter, Nick Grimshaw’s record of the week and ‘Wanna Go’ featuring Little Nikki with the pair reaching number 67 and 40 respectively in the UK charts in 2012. Unfortunately the label was short-lived and Maxsta found himself in a position he hadn't initially signed up to. It was at this stage he started making his own decisions which led to the monstrous end to 2013 as he made up one half of the headlining clash on the top 40 selling album 'Lord of the Mics'; Maxsta came back in 2014 with a collection of tracks that saw him make a welcome return to his musical roots with 'The Maxtape 1.5' released via Lord of the Mics @itsMaxsta

SOX Following his launch in to the limelight on the top 20 selling album Lord of the Mics 3, Sox released his debut album, ‘Winning & Chilling’ via the Lord of the Mics record label in April 2014. As part of one of the most exciting and credible Grime collectives, Invasion Alert from Birmingham, Sox has performed at sell-out shows throughout the UK including Leicester, Sheffield and Birmingham’s O2 Academies as well as Wiley’s very own Eski-Dance at London’s IndigO2. Delve a little deeper and you’ll find hundreds of thousands of hits next to the Brummy emcee’s name on YouTube thanks to his inclusion on Kiss FM’s, DJ Logan Sama’s ‘After Hours’ feature, SBTV’s ‘Invasion Alert Cypher’ and BBC 1Xtra’s, DJ Cameo’s, ‘Gimmie Grime’ set. @Sox_Invasion

DAPZ ON THE MAP & JAYKAE The two Birmingham rappers, Jaykae & Dapz OTM have been close sparring partners in the Birmingham music scene since '09 & have each racked up an impressive amount of online support topping the million view mark each. Recently the pair released a joint EP ''FR??GGY' away from their individual projects which topped the uk Album Chart on iTunes within it's first few hours of release. REALZ Making an appearance on the UK music scene over 5 years ago under the watchful eye of his then manager, So Solid's 'Asher D'; Realz generated an enviable buzz that resulted in him being handpicked for features and freestyles by the likes of Tim Westwood, Kiss 100 and SBTV. As each new lyric was released the profile of the young rapper increased as did the online support resulting in hundreds of thousands of hits on his videos. In 2013 Realz was approached by Lord of the Mics to jump in to the battle arena for LOTM 6 and clash against fellow emcee Proton. The clash resulted in a new found admiration for the rapper with the likes of Grime heavyweights, Wiley and Skepta both voicing their support and respect for his lyrical ability. Realz is now currently working on new music and has recently finalised his first single which features Boy Better Know and former LOTM emcee, Lay-Z. The track is produced by non other than Skepta himself. @RlzWorld

RASCALS Hailing from Bow, rap and vocal group RASCALS are Kay Willz, Big Shizz, Tempz and Merkz. Friends from school, RASCALS first met aged 11 as part of 10+MC group, ‘Young Mucky Wolfpack’. Founded by veteran grime emcee God’s Gift, the boys were united in their love and passion for music. With over 4 million internet hits under their belts RASCALS signed to Virgin Records in Spring 2012 and immediately hit the road with teen sensation Conor Maynard. The boys are now busy in the studio on their album after just releasing The Launch Volume 2 Mixtape’ @RascalsOfficial
