The Self Help Group

The Self Help Group return to the Folklore rooms almost 2 years since their last sold out show at the venue, ahead of their forthcoming new album "Dream of a Ghost”

Whilst retaining their strong Americana roots, the album sees them sidestep into occasional electronic flourishes, painting new backdrops to their stories of love, loss and the strange obsessions we pursue to keep us sane.

Support on the night comes from Sunshine Coast Superstars The Equatorial Group and an exciting new face to the local folk scene in the marvellous Jem Hannam
