This Saturday we are hosting a singles only workout class with Platform Lagree Fitness! We will start with a workout and end with a social mixer (snacks included)! Spots are SUPER limited, so be sure to get your tickets ASAP! We will not be releasing additional tickets, but you can join our waitlist here, in the event a spot opens up!

💖 Workout type: Lagree (similar to Reformer Pilates)

More about the workout: 

The Megaformer and Lagree Fitness will change your life! Designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely, this full body workout targets your stability, upper and lower body and it's the ultimate core crusher. The Lagree workout is based on the principles of Pilates but emphasizes the strength training and cardio elements, not inherent to Pilates. Achieving muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates and/or weight training alone. This class is 40 minutes. *Grip socks required for all classes.

👉NO FLAKING - Space is limited, so purchase a ticket only if you 100% plan to attend! 

👉COMPLETE THE WAIVER - Once you've purchased a ticket, you will receive an email asking you to complete a waiver. This must be completed in order to take class.

👉BRING GRIPPY SOCKS - You need to wear grippy socks to participate! Example here.
