New Years Eve Jazz Extravaganza

Join us for a fabulous New Years Eve, for a night of indulgent food and incredible live music, in the heart of Folkestone. Dress to impress and be ready to be wowed by the music from ‘4 Sounds’ Jazz Band, as well as a live pianist during dinner!

Tickets are £28 for the whole night, and include dinner and access to the whole evenings entertainment. Doors will open at 7:30pm, and the party wont stop till 1:30am!

Tickets for the whole evening, only £28, can be purchased from the Folkestone Café or Canterbury Café as well. We are happy to take phone payments too.

Programme

7.30pm

Doors will open at 7:30pm. Come in, sit down, and relax!

8pm-9:30pm

We will start serving dinner from 8pm. A dinner of couscous and chickpea salad, with spicy chicken  and a sweet chilli sauce. For vegans and vegetarians a vegan skewer instead.

After, our incredible chocolate Royal Ritz cake will be served. We have a vegan cake available too.

We finish the meal with Americano coffees or English Breakfast Tea.

9:30pm

Doors will open in our Jazz Room upstairs at 9:30pm. There is limited seating upstairs, to make way for a dace floor! Don’t fear though, as you can always pop downstairs for a sit down. The incredible 4 Sounds Jazz band will play until midnight. The 4 Sounds' music is rooted in classic jazz song, reinterpreted around unusual instrumentation. Mix in some classic and contemporary soul, given much the same treatment, and you have an experience that's both familiar and fresh. For New Year's Eve, the band (Kath Riordan on vocal, Gary Smith-Lyons on drums and Paul Brasington on violin) are joined on keyboards by the exuberant talents of Johnny Tomlinson for a night of celebration and dancing!

Midnight-1:30am

Jazz jam and Dj. The perfect way to round up an incredible music evening, and the only way to see in the New Year!
