Saturday | Sweat & Spark (Under 35) | West End

Hey Brisbane singles!

This one's for our under 35 fitness lovers who like to kick start their weekend with a lil sweat sesh and caffeine hit 😍. We’ll be hitting up Orleigh Park in West End for a 45-minute workout with Tim from Studio 99, followed by a coffee and an opportunity to mingle at Cordeaux Social Club! 💘

The workout will be a bodyweight circuit style workout, suitable and scalable for all levels of ability and fitness (don't worry - we don’t leave you TOO sweaty 😉).

Check out the diagram below for exactly where we'll be in Orleigh Park (we'll be left of the pergola and playground if you're facing the park from the street) and Cordeaux Social Club is a short walk away.

Please arrive from 7:45am (at the spot on the diagram below) for a 8:00am start!
