COMEDY UNLEASHED – Edgy Comedy is Back!
Friday 6th October. Show starts at 7:30pm
Dominic Frisby, Jonathan Kogan, Junior Booker, Jay Mack & Daniel Lythe.
Having consistently sold out shows in London for the past 5 years, Comedy Unleashed brings more of its refreshing brand of stand-up comedy to The HiFi Club in Leeds.
Comedy Unleashed nights showcase comedians who have a spirit of exploration, are counter-cultural and eschew the bland and predictable. And, if a comedian gets cancelled, we like to put them on. The audience should be the only judge and if something is funny… it’s funny. Here’s a video from the London club
Dominic Frisby
Dominic is a libertarian version of Billy Bragg (with a sense of humour). He tells jokes, he sings songs and he will be our excellent compere for the evening.
Creator of internet sensation '17 million f*** offs' and writer of hilarious songs that satirise our bonkers culture, including the recent 'Gonna Mary Gary'.
Here are some videos of Dominic at the London club
Jonathan Kogan
Launching himself into the world of stand-up over the last 2 years with a genuine love for and fascination with comedy, he forges his sharp material from a combination of astute observations, self-deprecating Jewish humour and unique one-liners, all with a natural anti-authoritarian slant.
Junior Booker
Junior is a young and charismatic comedian from South London. He has been ripping up shows all over the country for the past three years. This will be his debut at Comedy Unleashed in Leeds.
Jay Mack
Jay Mack is a Leeds comedian with a pleasantly dark and surreal take on life.

Daniel Lythe
Daniel is a deliciously dark one liner from Chesterfield in Derbyshire. Runner up in the best new act category for the Midlands comedy awards. He didn't win and he's not bitter about that AT ALL!
