A fight between the two has been rumoured ever since Usyk defeated Marut Gassiev in July to become the first Cruiserweight ever to hold all four belts. Bellew, 35, has expressed his verve to fight Usyk since the undefeated Ukrainian beat Gassev to win the maiden Muhammad Ali Trophy.

The Bronze Bomber has fought his last two bouts at Heavyweight, in which he registered two memorable stoppage victories over David Haye.
