Recreance Single Release Show (With Support from Medina, Apathy, Iguanas, & Silvertree)

Recreance are set to perform their first ever headline at Move Nightclub - Exeter, to celebrate the release of their debut single "New Light", out on the 29th of June.

Now, about the bands...

Opening the night is...

Silvertree

are a five-piece alternative rock band pushing the boundaries of genre with influences from every genre under the sun. Silvertree consists Fran’s harsh but emotional vocals, Fin’s morph suit and soul-thumping basslines, Merrin’s blast beats and shattered cymbals, Jack’s dramatic and punk derived riffage, and Kian’s screeching tone and unholy sounds.

Iguanas

are a high energy, alternative rock band from the South West of England, selling out shows in Exeter Bristol and and Plymouth. They put on a show with high octane stage presence from the frontman Ollie Zaffiro , guitarist Archie Hooper, Drummer Arch Feetenby and Zak Zaffiro on bass. The Iguanas play all originals, primarily in the style of Hard Rock, with some more mellow tunes scattered in between.

Apathy

is a four piece Psychedelic Modern Metal band, (Seth - drums, Isaac - bass, Oscar and Tom guitars and vocals) who have risen out of pure drive and love for music.

Metal2TheMasses FINALISTS, the band have achieved a great deal in a short time focused on developing their own sound, original material and an exciting, high-energy live show.

Medina

are a hard-hitting Alternative Metal band hailing from the south-west who’s energy and groove are as infectious as the haunting melodies. Comprised of Eros Medina, James Brooks, Kai DeAmorim and Jack Harding, Medina are not one to be missed.

Recreance

are a tight, hard-hitting, three piece modern metal band from Exeter, UK, inspired by the likes of Invent Animate, Alpha Wolf, and Currents. They will go from sparkly, majestic cleans, to absolutely crushing, disgustingly-vile riffs and breakdowns. Tuscan Jemison, Merrin Kennedy, and Owen Whitefoot come together to combine their ideas of modern, technical, riffs and noises, with the classic deafening sound of high gain guitars and double kicks. Recreance are what any metal line up needs.
