COMEDY UNLEASHED – Edgy Comedy is Back!

Having consistently sold out shows in London for the past 5 years, Comedy Unleashed brings more of its refreshing brand of stand-up comedy to The HiFi Club in Leeds.

Comedy Unleashed nights showcase comedians who have a spirit of exploration, are counter-cultural and eschew the bland and predictable. And, if a comedian gets cancelled, we like to put them on. The audience should be the only judge and if something is funny… it’s funny. Here’s a video from the London club

Dominic Frisby

Dominic will be joined by Chad from the Gilets Jaunes Band, for a night of musical comedy.

Dominic tells jokes, he sings songs and he will be our excellent compere for the evening. Dominic will sing some old favorites, plus some songs you’ve never heard before - '17 million f*** offs' and a hit at the Edinburgh Fringe ‘cancelled’ gig 'Gonna Mary Gary'.

Frank & Nancy Sanazi

Pete Perke performs as Frank Sanazi – Adolf Hitler singing his own versions of famous Frank Sinatra songs. For this special performance he will be joined by his wife Nancy Sanazi.

Tom Mones

Imagine Tom Jones in an old people’s home, but he just can’t stop singing – that’s Tom Mones.

Doors: 6:30pm until 10:00pm with the first comedian onstage at 7:30pm. Please arrive at the venue by 7:00pm so you can get a drink and get sat down before the first act. If you turn up after 7:00pm you may have to wait until the next available interval to be allowed in.

Tickets are sold for the Comedy Night as an event and not for individual comedians. Line-ups are subject to change. All acts are confirmed at time of booking. Occasionally, acts may be replaced for reasons beyond our control. If this happens the act will be replaced with a suitable alternative. We do our best to keep the listings (on our calendar page) as up to date as feasibly possible with the current situation. Fancy dress is not permitted. At the discretion of management and security of The HiFi Club, same sex groups of 5 or more may be asked for a behavioural bond of £10 per person upon entry to ensure the smooth running of the comedy show. This behavioural bond will be returned at the end of the show as long as the rules of the venue have been adhered to.
