An evening of award winning stand-up comedy from The Comedy Cow in the intimate setting of The Crown, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes.
Headlining the evening is Marlon Davis. Marlon is a bright young comedian, improviser and actor who embraces his work with energy and charm, embodying his characters and delivering his material with skilful observations. Marlon’s recent TV appearances include Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live (BBC3), The Steve K Amos Show (BBC2), The Five O’Clock Show (Channel 4).
Opening the show is Jenny Collier. Jenny moved from the Welsh mountains to the Big Smoke in 2010 and has since embarked upon a career in stand-up comedy. Highlight: Appearing on a BBC Radio Wales panel show with Jo Brand. Low point: After a gig, an audience member saying 'You should be a stripper' (Both secretly highlights).
Hosting the show is Jon Murfin. As a new father, most of Jon's material is based around the everyday challenge of being a new dad, something most people can relate to. His mix of warmth and "did he really just say that" material keeps the audience on its toes and laughing hard throughout his set.
Also on the bill is Seán Mallory, a New York City based comedian with an artillery of cerebral one-liners, foreign accents, and satirical observations to satisfy your humour.
